MN Quality Assurance Program The Minnesota Quality Assurance program is a voluntary, proactive program designed to specifically assure that all beef produced is safe, wholesome and free of harmful residues. This program has been industry-initiated and is intended to strengthen consumer confidence in the overall safety and wholesomeness of beef. The bottom line is to ensure that all cattle are fed and maintained in a proper manner in order to provide a safe beef product to the consuming public.
